Program Outcomes

Level 1 — Professional Competence

What you will be able to do by the end.

Understand how AI changes processes and where new risks emerge
Redesign traditional SOPs from output-approval to input-governance models
Build knowledge libraries, decision rules, and escalation frameworks for your team
Design human-AI handoff points with quality control gates
Prepare rollout and training materials for team adoption

Fit & Requirements

Who should enroll and what to expect.

Ideal for
  • Department heads implementing AI across their teams
  • Operations and process managers redesigning workflows for AI
  • Team leads responsible for AI adoption and governance
  • Anyone managing the transition from traditional SOPs to AI-assisted processes
Not the right fit if
  • People who only want to use off-the-shelf tools
  • Teams without repeatable work patterns
  • Those looking for deep engineering
Prerequisites

Foundation course recommended. You should already use AI tools confidently.

Week-by-Week Curriculum

Detailed breakdown of what you learn each week, with lesson formats and assignments.

Week 1
How AI Changes Processes

Understand why traditional SOPs break with AI. Map your department's processes by AI-readiness and impact.

Week 2
Knowledge Library Design

Capture team expertise in structured, reusable form — policies, guidelines, decision criteria, or process components.

Week 3
Decision Rules & Escalation

Translate expertise into decision rules and guardrails. Define what AI can handle and when to escalate to humans.

Week 4
Process Redesign & Quality Control

Redesign workflows with human-AI handoffs, quality control gates, and assurance-based frameworks replacing static approvals.

Week 5
Testing & Refinement

Design structured tests, run adversarial cases, identify gaps, and document limitations before rollout.

Week 6
Rollout & Training

Create training materials, plan phased rollout, set feedback systems, and finalise the maintenance plan.

Assessment Method

Capstone deliverable: complete AI implementation package including redesigned process documentation, knowledge library, decision playbook, quality control framework, training materials, and maintenance plan.

Time Commitment

3-4 hours per week over 6 weeks, including weekly 75-minute live sessions, optional office hours, and build assignments.

Prerequisites

Foundation course recommended. You should already use AI tools confidently in your professional work.

Questions You're Probably Asking

Answers to the most common concerns about AI literacy training and Article 4 compliance.

What should my team prepare before starting?
Bring examples of your current SOPs and process documentation so we can identify what needs to change when AI enters the picture.
Will we keep the templates?
Yes. You receive knowledge library, decision playbook, and process redesign templates for internal use.
Who is this for?
Department heads, team leads, and operations managers who are responsible for implementing AI in their teams and redesigning processes accordingly.
Is this training specific to Europe?
Yes. Our training is built around the EU AI Act and European regulatory frameworks, with a Europe-wide perspective. We track global developments that affect European practice.
Will this become outdated quickly?
We teach durable principles: verification, source evaluation, and workflow documentation.
Can I bring my team?
Yes. The Leadership course is designed for practice groups and legal ops teams.
Do I need technical skills?
No. The Mastery course includes assessment templates and guidance, but assumes functional—not engineering—backgrounds.
