Week-by-Week Curriculum
Detailed breakdown of what you learn each week, with lesson formats and assignments.
Understand why traditional SOPs break with AI. Map your department's processes by AI-readiness and impact.
Capture team expertise in structured, reusable form — policies, guidelines, decision criteria, or process components.
Translate expertise into decision rules and guardrails. Define what AI can handle and when to escalate to humans.
Redesign workflows with human-AI handoffs, quality control gates, and assurance-based frameworks replacing static approvals.
Design structured tests, run adversarial cases, identify gaps, and document limitations before rollout.
Create training materials, plan phased rollout, set feedback systems, and finalise the maintenance plan.
Assessment Method
Capstone deliverable: complete AI implementation package including redesigned process documentation, knowledge library, decision playbook, quality control framework, training materials, and maintenance plan.
Time Commitment
3-4 hours per week over 6 weeks, including weekly 75-minute live sessions, optional office hours, and build assignments.
Prerequisites
Foundation course recommended. You should already use AI tools confidently in your professional work.
