How LLMs actually work, why they hallucinate, and how to evaluate vendor claims against reality. You will map your tasks by AI reliability level.

Week 2
Effective Prompting

Structured prompt design using the CRAFT framework. Build a reusable prompt library tailored to your professional domain.

Week 3
Verification & Quality Control

Design a systematic verification protocol. Learn to spot hallucination red flags and document AI usage for risk management.

Week 4
Workflow Integration

Identify integration points, apply proven patterns, and build your Personal AI Protocol as documented evidence of AI literacy.

Assessment Method

Capstone deliverable: Personal AI Protocol covering tools used, verification standards, prompt library, disclosure practices, and a learning plan. Peer-reviewed during the final session.

Time Commitment

2-3 hours per week over 4 weeks, including weekly 60-minute live sessions and practical assignments.
