Manage AI Compliance Across Your Entire Organisation
Involve your whole team — legal, HR, IT, operations, leadership. Each contributor has their own conversation with Alma. Results are aggregated with role-aware weighting into a single organisational picture. From 3 stakeholders to 30, from one office to ten countries.

Every Perspective Counts
A single person cannot see the whole picture. Team assessment involves 3-10+ contributors — each completes their own evidence-gated conversation with Alma, answering from their role and department perspective. Results are aggregated with role-aware weighting: the CISO’s view of governance matters more than the intern’s, and the training lead’s view of learning programmes is weighted accordingly.
- Each contributor gets a personal assessment link — no shared logins
- Conversations are independent — no bias from seeing others’ answers
- Role-aware aggregation ensures expertise is weighted appropriately
- Contributor progress tracked in real time by the organiser
Organiser Dashboard — Full Control
One person runs the process. The organiser dashboard shows contributor status, completion rates, deadline tracking, and pillar assignments. Assign specific pillars to specific people, set deadlines, send reminders, and monitor progress without chasing emails.
- Assign pillars to contributors based on their expertise
- Track completion in real time — see who has started, who has finished
- Set and manage deadlines with automatic reminders
- Generate the consolidated report when all contributors have finished
Analyse Your AI Vendor Estate
Upload vendor AI documentation — acceptable use policies, DPIAs, technical specifications, security certifications. Alma classifies each document, maps coverage against Article 4 requirements, and identifies gaps across your entire tool estate. Stop reading vendor marketing. Start reading vendor evidence.
- Automatic document classification and gap analysis
- Coverage mapping against all 7 TwinLadder pillars
- Cross-vendor comparison — see which tools have strong documentation and which do not
- Supports PDF, DOCX, and URL sources
Assess AI Integration Into Specific Workflows
Different departments face different AI risks. Legal using contract review AI is not the same as marketing using content generation. Department-level assessment maps AI tools to specific workflows, identifies role-specific risks, and produces department-level scores that roll up to the organisational picture.
- Pre-built question banks for Legal, HR, Marketing, Operations, Finance
- Custom departments supported — define your own structure
- Department-level scores and gaps feed the organisational heatmap
- Workflow-specific risk mapping for each AI tool
One Standard, Every Jurisdiction
Roll out assessment across subsidiaries, business units, or country offices. Each unit is assessed independently with jurisdiction-aware risk calibration — a German subsidiary faces different works council requirements than a UK office. Consolidated reporting gives leadership a single view across the entire organisation.
- Jurisdiction-aware risk calibration (EU, UK, DACH, Nordics, Baltics)
- Subsidiary-level reports that roll up to group-level view
- Works council and employee representation awareness for DE, NL, FR
- Consolidated heatmap across all units and countries

Team & Enterprise Questions
How does multi-stakeholder assessment work?
The organiser sets up the assessment, invites contributors, and assigns pillars. Each contributor receives a personal link and completes their own conversation with Alma — independently, from their role perspective. When all contributors have finished, results are aggregated with role-aware weighting into a single organisational score. The organiser generates the consolidated report.
Is contributor data isolated from each other?
Yes. Each contributor’s conversation is completely independent. Contributors cannot see each other’s responses. The organiser sees aggregate results and completion status, not individual answers. Individual contributor data is only visible in the admin view if the contributor has consented to share it.
How does role-aware aggregation work?
Each contributor’s responses are weighted based on their role and the pillar being assessed. For example, the Head of Legal’s answers about governance carry more weight than a junior developer’s, while the training manager’s answers about learning programmes are weighted higher than the CEO’s. This produces a more accurate organisational picture than simple averaging.
What customisation is available for Enterprise?
Enterprise engagements can include: white-label report branding, custom question banks tailored to your industry, HRIS integration for automatic contributor provisioning, executive perception surveys, bespoke risk calibration for your regulatory environment, and dedicated implementation support. We scope each engagement individually.
How long does a Team assessment take?
The assessment itself takes each contributor 20-30 minutes — same as an individual assessment. The overall timeline depends on how quickly contributors complete their conversations. Most Team assessments are completed within 1-2 weeks. The organiser dashboard tracks progress and can send reminders.
Can we start with Team and upgrade to Enterprise?
Yes. Team assessment data carries forward to Enterprise. If you start with a self-service Team engagement and later need white-label branding, HRIS integration, or dedicated support, we can upgrade your engagement without losing data.
